At Resonance Logic, LLC, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund and cancellation practices. Please read the policies below carefully, as they differ depending on the type of product or service you have purchased.

1. Digital Downloads (PDF Guides & Playbooks)

Due to the digital nature of our downloadable playbooks and guides, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products that have been accessed.
  • If you encounter a technical issue or have trouble accessing your download link, please contact our support team immediately, and we will ensure you receive your file.

2. Software Subscriptions (BlckFlow & Sibyl)

Our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms operate on a subscription basis. You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Billing Cycle: If you cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until that date.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused time.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur (e.g., accidental duplicate billing). We review these rare requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been billed in error, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the charge.

4. Dispute Policy

If you have an issue with a charge, we ask that you contact our support team at serhii@theresonantmanager.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing issues or technical problems quickly and fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to our services.
